Franklin Method
The Franklin Method, founded in 1994 by the Swiss dancer Eric Franklin, it is a method recognized internationally and also in the academic field, so much so that it is taught in the prestigious universities of Vienna, Cologne and the Juilliard School in New York, one of the arts schools, most important music and entertainment in the world.
His techniques are applicable to various areas of movement (Pilates, Yoga, danza, gymnastics and physiotherapy) and its principles are based on the concept of neuroplasticity, one of the most extraordinary scientific discoveries of the twenty-first century, the method shows how to use the brain, through dynamic neurocognitive visualization (Days), to improve the functionality of the body.
