Vayus flow it's the style of Mindful movement which combines the long experience of Enzo Ventimiglia, internationally renowned teacher and trainer, integrating the age-old principles of yoga with neuroscience, l’experiential anatomy, l’dynamic alignment, the creative visualizations and different techniques conscious movement.

Vayus Flow, the inspiration of the Prana Vayus

The method is inspired by Prana Vayus, the five movements of energy within the body, dove “Prana” represents vital energy and “Vayus” translates as wind or flow.

These five movements of prana govern different areas of the body and different physical and subtle activities. When they work harmoniously, they ensure us health and vitality, enabling us to express our unique potential and live a meaningful and long-lived life.

In Vayus flow this process is reformulated in a modern key through techniques, principles and concepts in line with the most innovative scientific discoveries regarding mind and body.

It is structured into five modules which take the name of each vayu:

Vayus Flow, the objectives of the method

In the study of Vayus flow one learns to move the body in a multidimensional way, allowing the practitioner to acquire advanced spatial intelligence thanks to an in-depth study of the concepts of proprioception ed enteroception where asanas become a source of inspiration to explore the infinite possibilities of the human body.
Each lesson is structured in three parts:

  • a first slow part dedicated to alignment and awakening of body awareness
  • a central part dedicated to movement and physical and athletic aspects
  • a final part dedicated to the concept of harmonization of Energy via circular and continuous movement sequences called Infinity Energy loop, breathing and relaxation techniques as well as the more subtle and philosophical aspects of yoga practice.

Through the set of practices that characterize the method, we develop a deeper awareness of ourselves and our potential. It turns out like any movement, every breath and every asana can become an opportunity to connect with our essence, manifest our authenticity and rediscover lost harmony.
